Yep. Definitely the best version in my opinion. Better than the '70s version and much better than the Rampling version on the flipside of this 12" in my opinion. This remake originally was out circa 1982. But became pretty massive within the late 1980s so-called 'summer of love' era when it was re-released with the remix. Takes me right back to that era. Nice vibes, great times. Played amongst a whole load of varied and mad music of the time and no one batted an eye. Looking back it seems surreal now. But at the time it wasn't the least bit unusual.

Original '82 version was a UK #98 hit,7 years later Love and Unity Rmx went to 117 in UK.

Belgian production, i ( De Gucht Eduard ) produced it, all music was played by my friend Christian Dewamme, best all round music artist in Belgium in those times.

este tema es un gran hit no solo porque en 1972 timmy thomas sacara este tema que lo puso en primer lugar 7 semanas en la billboard y este version del grupo ilussion pego mucho en 1982 esta cancion salio para un dia de halloween alla en guatemala en 1982 alla en la manzana se hacian unos paris inolvidables allli en la nueva monserrat en la manzana r inolvidable esta musica y la ponia fm 95 en miercoles y sabados del recuerdo excelente que musicon.

Hoy mismo estuve buscándola porque me resonaba en la mente y descubrí que la original era de Timmy Thomas, solo conocía la de Illusion, pero que tremendo arreglo hicieron...! Esta versión siempre me va a recordar regresando un sábado por la madrugada r a casa esperando que mi mamá me abriera la puerta escuchando FM95... Jajajaja gracias por compartir
