Rosette Fault Line Design Cake

Fault Line cake | Rosette Design
Hello there!
Recreating a fault line cake in a different color with rosette flower and a gold lining on it ,
This fault line cake is famous all around the globe the are made of butter cream frosting from the layered sponge in between , crumb coating , outer cake cover and the rosette flower itself.
Cake size - top sponge 8inch diameter , middle sponge 6inch diameter, bottom sponge 8inch diameter.
Piping tip used :
Fuchsia - Wilton 2D
pink - Wilton 2D
Tiffany - Wilton #32
Green with white dot - Wilton #8 & #4
Leaf - Wilton #352

Butter cream frosting ingredients
500 grams room temp unsalted butter
1000 grams icing sugar
1/2 cup full fat milk
1 tsp vanilla
Procedure
Cream the butter for 5min or until light and fluffy
Add the sifter icing sugar
Combine milk and vanilla then add next to icing sugar
Mix it using heavy duty mixer in a medium to high speed for 2-3 min or until its lighten the color

I was looking up fault line cakes for some inspiration to create something new and I came across your tute , This style is absolutely spot on, id way prefer the three cakes than the conventional way of making a fault line! The creativity in this cake is ridiculous! Its 10;50 in Australia but I just put on the oven so I can pre bake some cakes to build this tomorrow. I Love people who inspire me, its the best! The video was nice, the cake looked absolutely amazing! The only issue I have is with the camera. It was veeeery shaky, and some of the angles didn’t make any sense to me. I think it it very close to being a perfect video, just maybe leave the camera alone?

Обычно американцы не замарачиваются насчёт вкуса крема, это стандартный их масляный крем.

@@avise85 сначала разрезают верхнюю часть. Убирают подложку, вытаскивают подпорки, и нарезают нижнюю часть. Всё 🤗
