Hi , thank you so much , some they put corn oil to make it look shinny , some they use clothes hand steamer , and some cakes are sweating that’s it looks shinny

How long after applying the buttercream to u put on fondant.

.....Atleast 10 to 15 minutes from freezer...take note should be harden before you put the fondant after your frosting.
