What i do in Taekwondo fights is: kick in the neck, if u kick hard there will be a decent chance to knock your target out and a 100% chance to let him get his neck swollen up, which means it will be harder to breath for your target, so in other words your target wont be able to give a 100% anymore in ur fight, u can also do this with ur hand/fist, aim for the neckmuscle which u probably know ;)

very good but I would I work more on your guard and if your going to drop a hand while kicking make sure you tuck your chin so your left shoulder is guarding your chin as much as possible

kicking someone with arms to the neck is virtually impossible.. even without training its just instinct to put up a guard or atleast lower your head
