So happy you're back Amelia, I hope everything is getting back to normal in your life because watching this video you seem out of sorts and not yourself. It's okay to be honest with your audience that you're sad or down, you don't have to say why, but it might help (when you're ready) to be more honest about what you're actually feeling, rather than saying you took the break so you could feel renewed.

I think codependency is a very important concept that you would greatly benefit from researching. Therefore, I disagree with Estee and think that you should continue to follow your intuition and read as much as you feel you need to you. Your opinion about what you think and feel is the only relevant opinion. Fun fact: codependents are attracted to and attract narcissists. Hi Amelia! I hope you are well. I’m a long time follower and I’m not gonna sit here to tell you that your followers deserve an explanation or whatever. It is obvious something is up with you. It seems like you were trying to put on a mask to get back to normal but there is pain in your eyes. Maybe I may be looking into it too much but something is off. I just want to tell you that it’s okay for you to not feel bubbly and happy. Yes, we love that about you but we also like honesty and you always call us your friends so please just be yourself. I know it’s hard online but do it for yourself. In the long haul, it will make you happier and you will not regret it. If you need more time, take it! Their skincare is the best and also they have very good make up products, my favorite is eyebrow gel. Hey Amelia hope you are doing well. I had Sibo too and my cousin had it a while ago. I actually do not have it anymore by following the advices of DR. Eric Berg on youtube. You should watch his videos about Sibo as it really helped me. It was really hard because you have to give up on so many things for a while but it is worth it. Hope it will help you too :).
