It takes like 20 minutes to get back on a bike and ride it like you're comfortable again. If you ride bikes regularly anyhow. 11:03 mountain biking is wayyyy different though because you are on trails not just riding a bike.

Someone needs to tell lud he’s doing flash r when caedrel told him to do r flash, saves cool-down and will have him being hit less in fights. For example 2:51:00 and a few times in other games before this. Edit: In this example he doesn’t actually get hit, think he did in a couple others, but in the casting of the r if they target him he can get hit, whereas if you r then flash the casting is pretty instant.
