I kinda hate it because that makes it so much more situational and it reduces the pressure created by the initial tap. There’s going to be very few situations where you are going to have half on the spike and then use wingman to continue. Furthermore the very situation that this even occurs in requires Gekko to be alive and not to have been traded out on the initial retake. Like I’m not a mathematics guy but I can guess at how low the pct chance is on that perfect scenario happening enough out of 26 rds to significantly impact a match.

The idea that a super team needs to only have best in role or top 1 world level players is so fake. A super team has never required every player to be the best of the best. It depends on overall level of the team to a degree, but as long as you have 3/5 players who can all be considered some of the best in the world (Derke, Less and Sayf) as well 2 high quality players (trexx and cender, dont know about kicks as much) then thats likely the best collection of talwnt you can expect in a league with 40+ teams

Kicks has a lot of potential, he is just wildly inconsitent so far. He can outfrag sayf and carry the team one game and then just completely fall off the next. But it seems they believe he can get better and be an asset.

I think the regen shield seems pretty cool. It's a light shield with 50 additional armor in reserve that will replenish your armor back up to a maximum of 25hp (like fuel). So over the course of a round, you can theoretically have a total of 175hp with just the regen shield. And think, if you add addition heals on top of that, you can have even more hp over the course of a round. So that seems pretty strong. But a huge counter to this (besides headshots obviously), is the outlaw, since with the regen shield you can only have 125hp at once. And I think thats a good gun balance update, because I think people barely ever use the outlaw. So I think its a pretty balanced change that makes the outlaw better and it also makes other heals better in combination with the regen shield while also being less necessary. It'll probably have the biggest impact on anti-eco rounds. And it's probably also a good counter against the postplant spam meta as well.

the term superteam, or at least how i interpret it, is from basketball where big 3s like the celtics and the heat were created, they were superteams not because paul pierce, kevin garnett and ray allen were the top 3 players in the world, but because they were 3 all-nba calibre players, the heat had the best player in the world, a top 5/10 player in dwade and chris bosh who was also an all-star calibre player, that made them a superteam. a superteam is simply a team that has superstar players, as well as a great supporting cast, therefore on paper should be incredible, as well as have sky-high expectations, this is why vitality ARE a superteam. Sayf, Derke, Less are three superstar players, trexxx is basically already that and then you have Kicks, the great supporting cast. mimi is talking as if superteam means a team of 5 players who are each the best in their role in the world, but that is just not what the term superteam refers to. superteam doesn't necessarily have to be a term that we are careful with just because NRG failed, because that team WAS a superteam when they were formed, but just absoultely capitulated, and their players massively underperformed.

I think this is how you quantify a super team, top tier IGL with a group of players that if you all put in top 10 ITW, no one would be upset. Kicks isn’t in that category, is trexx top 10? Maybe.
