After post Malone was questioned about him being a country singer to his success in hip hop with white iverson and his collaboration with the migos he said that he switch to hip hop was because he was let go from the country music and told he couldn’t make it as a country artist so he chose to sing and rap to hip hop music to get back at those in country music that said he couldn’t make it.
