Oh my gosh, such a cute and cool video and informative… I don’t know how you Crandle and Marcy put up with all these critics out here. All these people trying to tell you how to live your life on your property as if they all know better. And people telling you what you shouldn’t wear and how to raise your children. imagine how they feel if they were walking in your shoes right now and people were bombarding them with dues and don’ts! Insane I just don’t understand how people can’t just sit back. Enjoy the videos and keep their lips shut. In other words, their opinions to themselves. Possibly sometimes people do know better and simply wish to offer their Advice. It is up to Crandall if he wishes to accept that advice. Yes people always have an opinion and perhaps they should sometimes keep it to themselves, but we are all different. I don’t always agree with others, and I have the option to watch or not. That’s my choice.

Ducks are smart. Check the PH of the pond and alkaline/acid using pool test strips, along with natural salt test. They don’t like water burning or irritating their bums. If you have never seen wild duck land in there, good chance something is off.

If they're domesticated ducks, they don't typically do well in the wild.Judy at Sneads farmhouse has had to rescue many of dumped ducks. Maybe take food to them.

I really think like the John Deere tractors. In the 60's Through the 80's my dad had two large John Deere tractors. I think John Deere should sponsor Maverick and send him and the twins a super package of kids tractors and atrachment items like trailers, disc, etc. Then your boys could sponsor John Deere. Maybe John Deere could sponser Dad and give Dad A big tractor to use on the farm. I needs to be big enough for Crandall to do the kind of work he dies on the farm. Come on John Deere!!!

Wild ducks don’t need a shelter, but those are not wild ducks. I think you should build them some type of shelter even floating platform house. I’ve seen them up in Minnesota for the loons. if they don’t come back home, I would definitely go down there and leave them some food for a while

Though goats can safely have the flesh of a pumpkin, the pumpkin rind and seeds are difficult for them to digest and put them at higher risk for gastrointestinal issues. Therefore remove both…..Goats have a four part stomach. Pumpkin seeds for dogs, either crushed into water of whole as a treat but not goats. I am a veterinarian here in Yass NSW Australia. Goats should be eating stuff from their chin level up… this is why you will see them stand on the hind legs reaching for that flower or leaves before even touching grass, which is for sheep, cows, horses….

If you ever want to catch a duck in a survival situation, you dig a small ramp into the ground near a pond just wide enough for a duck to walk into. Have corn or fish guts at the bottom. They walk in but can’t walk back or spread their wings to get out… fresh duck. Not survival, meaning your not lost & have access to….. is those big wooden rat traps float on water. You drill a hole into the trap, attach fishing line & set trap with bread etc in & float out into the middle of the pond…. Duck tries to eat & wack not quack, it snaps their neck, trapping them.

Did you know that you can get poison ivy from your dog running through it. The oil stays on their fur and you can’t see it. I used to get it all the time from my cat before we turned her into an indoor cat. Hope this helps.
