My sister is bipolar and I completely understand what you’re going through. If you feel like sharing go on and share things. You are not old. I’m 70 and my mind thinks I’m still in my 50 but my body feels like 90. I am in pain everyday I have fibromyalgia. It discouraging but my faith in Jehovah God helps me to endure. Don’t get discouraged. Pray for strength. God will hear you

I do not think youre old Kris❤ you look beautiful with and without make-up. A few days ago i met a 90 year old lady shopping at sephora, and she told me to never think its too old to use makeup. She had a full face of makeup and she looked beautiful and she said makeup always made her happy so she will always wear it. So you should wear it whenever you or until you want, if that makes you happy. ❤

I know a lot of people get bothered because we have dirty floors and what not, because they dont have the same type of animals. Like my biggest fur baby is super hairy and sheds so much, and when my brother comes he always tells me to clean 🙄 but i just tell him to do it himself if it bothers him that much. It is annoying but i do try to not let it bother me.

Yes Iv felt alone, even with a household of people. Yes Iv felt like I shouldn't t talk about things because I didn't think anyone would want to hear about. I learned that was me, though, and not about those I'm living with. It isn't complaining Kris, you need to be able to vent or talk to someone you trust and who will listen to you. Whether it be a friend, family member or a compete stranger. I used to keep alot inside and it hurt me more than I realized. I didn't think my husband would want to hear what I had going on in my head, until one day I slowly started talking to him about what's going on inside, and what a relief. It was a relief, because I always talk to God and cry to God and I know He hears me, but I also wanted to talk to someone face to face as well and my husband was that person for me.

I feel you on going in and out of depression. I go through the same bouts for over a decade. Sometimes I set it off unintentionally by thinking about something sad or negative and now days I tell myself nope don't go down that road again.

Hi Kris Sorry you have been having a hard time . I suffer with quite bad depression, anxiety, PTSD, I am unable to take antidepressants due to my being epileptic so I just have to manage it as best as I can which can be extremely difficult 😢

As for not liking how you look because your getting older, even though I'm a bit younger, I still see how Iv aged in the past 10 years and Iam excited to age Kris. Too many people have not made it to live old. I want to grow old and be old and look old because I see it as a blessing that Iam still living. Even with health issues. Take it one day at a time. XO❤
