I really think he just wants the numbers to be "the best you've ever seen", and I don't care if that's for self-gratification or dignitas or good will, the man is the best president we've had in terms of economy in a long time and IMO the best foreign policy president we've had since Eisenhower. And the issues with the border are getting so bad that even the faction of democrats that engage in identity politics can't ignore it and dismiss the problem as just "racism". If he was for M4A, he would be the best candidate for me ever possible, but it's not like the dems are ever actually going to implement M4A anyway. I abstained from voting in 2016 but voted for him in 2020 and will again this time.
