Very cool firearm! I don’t know a lot about black powder guns so I’m looking forward to learning more! Can’t wait for the other videos!

Looks like a fun project. Sounds like fitting the barrel may be the most challenging aspect. It is a shame about the prices. Customers might as well get the cleaned and complete Martini Henry if interested in one.

Yeah, IMA doesn't even run sales on them anymore like they used to.

Very cool! This is something I've wanted to do for a while too.

It should be fun. It's just too bad IMA jacked their prices up so much...they must be nearing the end of their stock.

Very interested in this series. I waffled on a couple of these items for years, I should have gone with my gut initially. They are just too expensive now.

Yeah, I'm glad I pulled the trigger on them when I did.

Back when i got my Century gew.88s, they had some French 1874 Chassepot rifle barreled receivers and a couple of 1871/74 mausers. I wish id had the money.

Agreed...I got into the milsurp game a few years too late!

I just saw your older vids on the k31. Have you ever printed a scope mount for it? If so can you direct me to the vid. If that’s possible I am going to buy a 3d printer tomorrow!

Sorry, I haven’t done any scope mounts though I imagine it wouldn’t be hard. Not sure what 3d models are available but if you have the skill you could model them.

That's an interesting project, changing from classic milsurp. Hope it's gonna be a good learning experiment !
