iMachining SKD11 (HRC62) small tool

2mm(.078") diameter at 4mm(.157") deep in iMachining SKD11 (HRC62)
This is a good example of the accuracy of iMachining. Every single movement is perfectly calculated. With this size tool in is this hard of a material at this depth, keeping the tool in one piece is a great achievement.
Spindle speed 12148. Feed rate 612mm(24") per minute.

Yes iMachining will adjust all cutting conditions around your spindle speed limitation. You will not be able to feed very fast but taking cuts to the full depth in one pass should save you time. Also there are many settings we can set for older machine with other limitations.
