He heard incoming fire and 'waited for it', even though he knew he could be endangering his life (concussive forces can kill much farther out than actual blast zones, depending on the type of munition used). Further, the frame PROVES the argument the IDF is making: they are NOT 'carpet bombing' Lebanon, nor Gaza for that matter: they are using highly advanced and expensive munitions to target the RIGHT targets; Hezbollah, while at the same time doing their best to keep innocent civilians from losing their lives.
