Doto never acquired reversed draw technique, but… the infinite amount of luck energy overflowing in Dotos body caused his body to reflexively perform reverse draw technique in order to not take damage. This deck has a lot of potential and I have some ideas that can work. Since psychic Rover need to be in the graveyard for its effect to work I suggest putting cards that discard form your hand or field like forbidden droplet or dark world dealings, also since psychic rover comes back most of the time you should link climb with him and make link 4 monster. Also that six is a very important card for psychic rover so pot of prosperity can be a good card to search that six or psychic rover.

Hey Doto this is dope but I mean you could always try Spright Dice Since Sprights have synergy with Psychic Rover Plus you can still play Dimension Dice , Orgoth, Dice Dungeon, That Six, and Dice Jar there is also a level 2 monster Vilepawn Archfiend that can be summoned for Sprights and Dimension Dice id just play one if at all. Spright Elf can summon Rover if his effect misses and Spright Double Cross can also summon back Psychic Rover. Sprind can send Rover to trigger his effect and Gigantic Spright can summon Rover from the deck. If you tribute Rover with Spright red of Carrot to negate, his effect will trigger as well. Plus you can play Emergency Teleport to summon Rover without having to normal summon. Idk lots of synergy plus you can make I:p and summon rover with Elf and go into Avramax if stuff gets sticky to try to stay alive people have issues outing Avramax when made with I:P you could also play Underworld Goddess

Quick idea about psychic rover. You might be able to use one of him to link into salamangreat alminraj and then activate him to come back then link into spright elf and keep recycling his effect and using elf if his effect ever misses

If your ok with not running ash or possibly using ash only as a summon id run time tearing and terraforming. Time tearing allows for 2x draws and summons at cost of no hand activations. Terraforming to get dice dungeon into dimension the dice so that if you draw a dead maxx c or ash you can normal summon it to get psychic rover or orgoth the relentless. If you feel zesty generation shift is a cool card to get psychic rover to start popping off

I think you should add "Dice it" to your deck just to add a big risk factr for your opponent. There's always a chance it benefits you and hurts them. Plus you can get psychic rover in the graveyard potentialy and start steam rolling them either turn.

I have an amazing dice deck I've worked on making in master duel for a bit, it can compete really well against meta decks but the issue is you have to have some serious luck. It mainly relies on psychic rover but it does use orgoth and snipe hunter as well. If you wanna see the decklist I don't mind sharing it

So the deck that Psychic Rover is objectively the best in is Runick Spright as he can be summoned off of Emergency Teleport, Dimension Dice, or sent off Spright Sprind. He can theoretically be used to activate an infinite number of Spright effects if you are lucky.
