I agree with you. Women tend to complain. When I was married, I would often remind my husband it was me and him against the problem not me and him against one another. When I was growing up, I used to witness and listen to my mother, constantly nagging & haggling my father. Once I grew up and started having relationships, and then once I was married, I made a promise to myself that I would never do that to any man. It’s belittling. All it does is chip away at their self-confidence. I think all women need to read the book called the five love languages by Gary Chapman. Even for women we all have different love languages and we are all receptive to different forms/ kinds of love. I read that book like a year after I got married and I found it a tremendous help moving forward . I’m widowed now but I had a good 15 year marriage. He was a good man. He was my best friend and I miss him dearly.

Trusting my own instincts and judgement, oh and finding wisdom. I don’t have time for that now, I’ve got too much to do , and I don’t mean climbing Mount Everest. I’ve got the laundry to do, change the cat litter, and so on . There will be times when cynicism will rule. What is it someone once said ? Idealism precedes experience. Furthermore, you contradict yourself. At one point you mention realizing your potential (in the future) , yet you stated earlier not to have future expectations.

I was wondering, I know that these are really good for young guys that need advice on how to be men (not me, I just like listening to these as it re-affirms my own thoughts) but how come these don’t exist for women? Like, where are “The 15 laws of life that turn girls into women - healthy femininity”? I would actually like to listen to one of those and longer. If anything it helps the women out that are lost, but also tells men the healthy feminine characteristics that we should be looking for in potential partners. Just an idea. Love your videos and keep at it :)

A sigma is simply an alpha who doesn't see the need or want to be a "leader". So they just live their life on their own terms, like an introverted alpha really. Many times they prefer to be alone, not the leader or focal point of a group, yet possess all the same talents as the alpha.
