The interesting thing about MM is that she never got old and we always remember her beautiful like she was.

She would have aged gracefully and still been a beauty if she had lived to be 100. Just look at Betty White, she was beautiful until her last breath.

It's sooo sad how we equate young age with beauty, I am 60yrs. And feel just as good as I did when I was younger only with much more wisdom! Sorry young people you really don't know it all. I thought the same way when I was young. Growing older gracefully is the way to go.

As sad as it is, I do not believe she would be as famous as she would if she had not passed. Would she be somewhat famous? Yes, but her death really made people appreciate her contributions and the revolutionary innovation she made on the industry. Sometimes as sad as it is tragedy makes people realize how important and significant one was. Whitney Houston was another example of this. People celebrated her music and just music in general after her passing. It's so sad...

Most interesting thing I've seen on Marilyn in awhile. Well done. Some strange movie roles, and I doubt MM would have worked that consistently. Even at the height 9f her fame and beauty, she'd take a couple of year's off before resuming in film. Tho there were countless Monroe wanna-bes trotted out, the studios could never replace or duplicate her. And, Marilyn never for some reason worried about the competition. Many duplicate photos here, several reversed with her hair, or mole on the wrong side. AND, to quote Joan Rivers who met her in NYC when she was in her late 20's tho she lied saying she was a teen, "Marilyn was very modern". There's no way she would not have kept her hair very up to date, plus plastic surgery would have kept her looking far younger than these photos.

I remember when I turned 37 years old... I was like wow, now I am older than she ever was! And it makes me sad so often that she had died way too early. This is much nicer scenario and makes me think that's the way she could have lived in an alternative universe.... And I'll leave it there.... Marilyn died at age 99 peacefully in her sleep. ❤ And now my heart can be calm.

If Elizabeth Taylor or Brigitte Bardot died young as Maryline they would be more famous. Its sad but death make actors & singers icons

Both are forgotten, but Marilyn lives on, still Hollywood's brightest star.

The surrogate mother appeared in California in the 1970. Maryline would had 44 years but she suffered sterility. When she heared about suggorate mother i think she would be Happy and found a way to be mother. Perhaps she would search a.healthy woman in her close relationships

This is the best transfiguration and aging of MM I have seen. It is also a little bit creepy. Surely her hair style would have changed over the decades? Perhaps she would have been happier in old age.

I think that Maryline Monroe during 1960's would have wigs as we Saw it for 1960's actresses and for 1970's would have long straight hair
