There is a common speculation that there might be such thing as a "multiverse" and there are alternate universes that exist that have different outcomes. He walked away from Queen after Freddy Mercury' dead, isn't he?
@Alesonic2.02 жыл бұрын
@@marites6142 yes
@ferrreira2 жыл бұрын
@@marites6142 he did. I think John got emotionally broken, after Freddie died, and he didn't see any reason to keep on working in the music industry. It is mentioned in many interviews that Freddie was John's best friend in the band, and that it was Freddie who encouraged John to write songs and give his opinions, be more upfront. They were very close. Freddie was smart: he knew that, if John didn't write songs for the band, he wouldn't make any real money, since the rule at the time was that "the one who writes it gets it", meaning that all the credits (and the royalties) for each song went to the band member who started the idea for that song, regardless of the other band members' contributions to the arrangement or lyrics. If that happened, John could have to leave the band. Good strategy to keep the band together: avoid arguing about money. So, after 1997, when John, Brian and Roger recorded "No-One But You" for the Queen Rocks compilation, and a live performance with Elton John, John Deacon just left the band and the industry for good. Such a shame. I think he's one of the greatest songwriters and bass players EVER. The bass lines in Queen's songs are just beautiful, sometimes very intricate when you stop to listen closely. Man, I love Queen. Peace!
@marites6142 Жыл бұрын
@@ferrreira hola, sorry I have not see this. Love Queen too. Yes John's playing in Queen is amazing. I followed Queen since I was a kid, my bro used to hear them. But I really got deep down on their music between 2019-2021, while taking care of my mum. She was bedridden and I got to listen more of Queen from a different state of mind. Had enought time to hear each lyric and each part. My mum enjoyed them too and watching me singing their songs. Beautiful memories with Queen soundtrack. Discovered Brian's Back to the Light during a difficult time and also love it. Queen is a jewel in so many levels. My love for Freddie is big, I make a special day of his bday. Blessings!

Some of the songs on Made in Heaven were from other albums by various members. BTW There was a gay nightclub in England that had a basement playroom for lack of a better term. It had 400 key holders. The rights and keys went for 1 hundred thousand dollars.to the buyer. All 4 hundred men are now passed away due to AIDS. The nightclub was named Heaven. This is what Freddie is referring to. And knowing that fact makes the song make more sense to me.

Its hard to imagine a 74 year old Freddie still running around on stage. Musically he'd stil be at the top of his game. I also think he'd still have maintained a younger look for his age because knowing him he would probably have got plastic surgery and a hair transplant at some point in the mid 2000's.

From 1997 - 2007, Brian and Roger had the same face expressions! Who noticed before?

Is this the real life? This is just fantasy! Cool video. The non Queen music sounds as if Queen were a typical American AOR band.
