Sir how to differentiate bone tumours from soft tissue tumours at the particular site

It may be difficult when the tumor gets large, but for smaller tumors you will be able to identify the epicenter. Also, bone tumors with soft tissue would be more common than soft tissue tumors invading bone.

Juxtacortical means near or touching cortex, Juxtaarticular means near or touching joint space

As Anand mentioned, Juxta = close to something. Juxta means adjacent to the cortex. Subcortical means beneath the cortex.
