who the hell is ibn taymiah.... all sunnis have unanimpus opinion to say intercession is perfectly allowed apart from ibn taymiah. All wahabis -salafis, khwarijis and ahle hadith follow ibn taymiah, Nakswani forgot or made a mistake here, coz hamza yousuf is proper sunni while the indonesian hakeen guy is 100% organic wahabi and maybe be a bloodline of taymiah.

Are we prepared for life unhinged with every resource manifestation of Allah creative and unlimited potential utilized for the collective glory of the entire Islamic earth? If Allah is the architect of the universe . Gods law surpasses the limitations and regulations we use as an excuse to glorify ourselves at the expense of the faith or others willing to compromise their divine essence for a few minutes of praise and a few winks and smiles from our best friends wife.

I appreciate his point about incorporating our good deeds into our supplications to Allah. Additionally, the Hadith he mentioned about Umar (RA) asking Abbas, the uncle of the Prophet (PBUH), to make dua for rain clarifies everything. Umar (RA) didn't use the Prophet (PBUH) as a means of intercession for dua, indicating awareness that the Prophet (PBUH) is no longer with us, and we cannot seek his intercession now. I believe the sheikh's response was more compelling: the deceased cannot assist us, and since the Prophet (PBUH) has passed away, we cannot use him as a means of intercession anymore. It's as simple as that.

Surah 2, verse 154 shows that Martyrs are still alive, as in they are dead but their soul is alive. This means that the Prophet PBUT are most definitely alive, but we perceive not, because we cannot see the soul.
