In the tutorial, I showed that it worked for me even without any payment and on the free plan without any issues. Try switching your browser, check your internet connection, and as a final step, it’s best to contact the website's support team and share the issue with them. I’m just a content creator, but I don’t want your money to go to waste, so proceed carefully.

Do you still have to give up 30 credits even if the output is unacceptable, or can you select to generate again, and 30 credits are only taken once the output is to our liking?

Your point is fair and correct, but unfortunately, when generating, credits are used up whether the output is good or not.

5:37 I like to do cartoons and anime generations and I prefer using SD to generate it cost half the credits so more generations, the little testing I did with HD comparing to SD, I suspect SD gets less errors, In V2.5 SD and HD wasn't that much of a difference 480 vs 540 I assume that's the same for V3. Also Pixveres let you upscale SD images anyway witch is still cheaper then HD generating. SD 15 credits + upscale 10 credits = 25 VS HD's 30 credits.

That's an interesting perspective, but honestly, quality is a key factor nowadays. What do you plan to do with SD quality? Won’t the end audience be bothered by such low resolution?

@@ImanGlobal As I said Pixverse has a up scale button that lets you up scale both SD and HD videos to 4k. Besides standard SD is fine if all you going to do is post on Twitter, Tiktok or Instagram.
