The admission for medicine opens in MAY. If you're non eu you can apply to just 1 university. But as eu you can apply to as many universities as you can.

If you have Italian language certificate you can also be exempted from entrance test (Tolc-m) But if you wanna study in English then IMAT is the KEY 🗝️.
