9/10ths of these were obvious references, not easter eggs. Easter eggs are, like the eggs in an easter egg hunt, easy to miss. References are clear call-outs. The ice cream truck, comic book cover, and stones on the sling ring are easter eggs. The sling ring and 20th century fox logo were clearly called out references. Johnny Storm, Elektra, Blade, and Laura weren't either, they were whole characters that you couldn't miss; they're secondary characters from earlier installments in the meta franchise, not references or easter eggs. I'd say The Russian, the Punisher villain, is an easter egg, because you have to know who he is to recognize him and his name isn't ever spoken.
