It was an excellent info about the topic. I had a just one query, The audit of yours regarding implementation of history taking etc. About all the information discussed. Is this audit thing a document ? I mean, at the time of interview, what is the evidence to be shown to the panel, that we have done a relevant clinical audit. Do we make an article and attach to our CV or just mention verbally ?

How to calculate sample size for an audit?? Is there a specific formula or we just use it as time based?

Audit doesn't have a fixed sample size. Audit is not like research where you apply statistical tests to find relevant numbers. It is much simpler than that
