At his core, Superman is a solar battery that doesn't need rest and has a significant healing factor. Goku still needs the basic things that every mortal needs to survive (rest, food, water, etc.). Superman's near unlimited stamina and constant healing alone gives Superman a significant edge over Goku. Even if Goku had a full bag of Senzu beans, Superman still outlasts him.
