Drop the mic because this house has everything! Really nice home and such a great video presentation. I love the warm colors throughout and I noticed some wall art that I have in my home as well. Can you find out from the builder the wall color used throughout the house? The stager did a great job too because I can imagine myself and my belongings in this home. A very thoughtful builder too. Hmmmm. House is nice. But location, location, location. This is GA. So who paying $3+ million to be 20 feet from the main road? With a privacy fence as your curb appeal/entrance? Can't be a gated community with all that traffic and entry way off street. And do yall know what an apartment is? Includes? All I saw was a FROG. And the only note was "custom closets included". Girl where the kitchenette and door separation from main house living space? NO POT FILLER over the stove?! Come on now. Did I miss the pool? Or was the grass gonna move back and uncover a hidden pool? And at this price point, finish the dmn basement. Why the elevator shift look like a closet? That wasn't wide enough or looked like it was made to move. But LOVE LOVE those beautiful white oak floors allover. That was definitely a plus. Good luck!
