Especially happy for those who paid good money to see the game and finally go home satisfied with the win. It's easy to root for the tank if you're just sitting in the comfort of your home. Some of IQ's playmaking showed the type of creativity that I didn't realize he had. Our offense has been too predictable without IQ so I'm looking forward to the rest of the season if/when the team finally gets healthy, knock on wood.

Right, hes so much more than a scorer. People concerned with his playmaking mustve forgotten how it looked last year Unlike some of our recent PGs he can both create an advantage to create shots, and to playmake off it. Its beautiful

Scotty is the best young talent in the league. Screw all these doubters that don't understand growth. Go Scotty Barns your areal RAPTOR.

Gradey also had two great drives solely created by himself, just another wrinkle to what he brought (Love to see it all)

6:03 - Do people know the saying, about "how the sausage is made." Well, we actually get to see the process. I think what people are missing is that we are seeing the "behind the scenes" (practice stuff) upfront, during games. This is actually a treat, yet the majority don't understand, which is a shame.

Jakobe will be a good fit but he's got to get rid of the locks covering his sights. Remember Payton when he played for Orlando, that locks in his face blocked his vision. Looking out for you little brother. Take my advice and stick around in this league. You've got talent.😅😅

Barnes is a great connective passer, but being a PG is different skill set. He's still developing and during a lost season like this it is the time for experiments, but IQ is the PG on the team.
@godfreyjohnmaranon70532 күн бұрын
@@thevilifyingforce in fairness with him,he limit his 3 point shooting..he should focus on that attract inside defenders and look for cutters..
@thevilifyingforce2 күн бұрын
@godfreyjohnmaranon7053 agreed, much like Es said, him getting into the paint unlocks a lot of his offensive game. If he can bang a handful of triples a game great, but they've got better shooters. He's the best post player on the team.
@godfreyjohnmaranon70532 күн бұрын
@@thevilifyingforce honestly he should develop more his midrange shots and post ups no t his threes..if he is free why not but coming from a transition and then he will make a pull up three is not a good one..there are more in the team that are licensed to do that like dick,iq, agbaji and battle..rj is a slasher and we need him as a post up player..
@YakDPOY2 күн бұрын
The 3 shooting is by design, the bad PG skills is him a hobble ankle and no help. When he was healthy he had a 10 game stretch where he ran the offence just fine. I not saying he some elite PG, I am saying stop criticising when he down. He will be doing PG duties in spurts for the rest of his career, so we can jsut get used to it. Every high end ball handler needs help, He not Luka, he is Scottie. Got more on his plate on defence than Luka could ever dream of. IQ and Scottie both have the same assist % for career and IQ been in that role more than Scottie has.. its 1 game. IQ won't average 15 assists.. be happy for them both. Not one or the other, all our players have been asked to do roles they aren't best at, its how you develop guys. You want Gradey to stop attacking the rim and just stand and shoot 3s???

Awesome video man, thank you for the break down. I couldn't help noticing that you stack your LPs on top of each other. No disrespect, that's not good for your LPs brother. It can warp them and can ruin their jackets. Thanks again for the video.

Scottie looks like a great secondary playmaker. He's a great passer but he doesn't seem to do exactly what point guards do.
@YakDPOY2 күн бұрын
He looked like one for 10 games when he was healthy.. just be greatful we have both to do the job, its one game for IQ. I doubt he averages 15 assists.. they will both handle ball handling duties. Same as was always planned on lol.. everyone seems to think Scottie with no help and a hobbled ankle is when we should criticise him the most?

So much better with IQ running the offense. Barnes and/ or Darko need to stop dreaming that Scottie can be a magic Johnson like big PG. He is not that, and the sooner he focuses on his strengths, the better
