+1. Fields honestly surprised me with his acceleration. Working weekends this year, so first game I was able to watch highlights tonight (able to listen to the radio broadcast every game). The acceleration he used on escapes and planned plays jumped off the screen. W O W... I'm fine if the plan is to use Wilson and develop Fields this year... this kid is special and worthy of a year of learning and marination. Cheers friend.

@@ci6516 I'm equally worried about the Redskins, Jets, and Giants. Neither of these are gimme games in the least. The Raiders would've been a last minute struggle if we're not bailed out by Roughing the Passer. Those drives were over. One was the ball handed to us in the redzone that we gave right back. And we still had to convert 4th down. That score was not indicative of the struggle for most of that game.

A lot of issues, but a lot of things to build on and I’ll take it. I think we are getting better at finding other ways to extend our run game and that’s important. Running into a wall traditionally wasn’t helping but getting Najee is space made a difference. Usually that’s warrens type of job but I don’t think he’s 100%

Fields didnt play bad per se but he missed some throws yesterday. The defense and special really carried the team and Najee had a great day running the ball. The problem is the Steelers aren’t a threat in the passing game, so teams can stack the box and dare him to throw. Fields legs are an asset too, but I’d like to see him be more consistent throwing the football.

Fields is on the bottom 3rd of the NFL in passing. A reliable indicator of where he sits as a QB. He has 3 games with less than 150 yards. Another with 156.

Aside from the Raiders 1st drive, I thought the tackling was very good today; especially from Elliot, Wilson, and Queen. Roberts is always solid with his tackling as well. It kept the Raiders behind the sticks with a majority of their drives.

We will need our receivers and open up the Offense against teams like - Chiefs- Ravens- Bills- Houston . These are the better teams in the AFC. The play calling will have to be Elite.

Tired of Chris being negative about Justine after every game. I am sure Tomlin would rather have Justine not throw interceptions of fumble turnover than he would have him throw for 200 yards. So Chris knows it's about what gives us the best chance to win for that game. Also, Chris made the negative comment that Justine benefited by the defense getting a turnover and giving him the benefit of a short field. To educate Chris, I want him to know that all quarterback stats include stats they were able to get from a defensive turnover that put the offense in good position. Chris needs to stop making negative comments after every game regarding Justine because he causes a negative in the fan base. I am sure it is more important for Justine to do what Tomlin and his offensive coordinator says and i am sure Chris has no idea what that is. Offensive line is not at full strength and with all respect #77 needs more coaching.

Hey dude, I invest more money in this team than most. I am a season ticket holder. I live in Atlanta now so I travel to multiple games and I purchase the NFL ticket in order to watch every game. I haven’t missed a game since 1992. It’s my passion. I am not whining. I’ve seen this show before, multiple times, with the same ending, multiple times. Let’s hope your coach can do something different this year, but for me, I will have to see it first to buy in.

Get to the post-season first. One game at a time, watch the film and do a post-mortem on the days game, learn from the miscues and prepare for the next game. You only worry about the post-season IF and WHEN you get there. You screw up and start looking past teams you won't make it past the next month...you and your investment 😒

Look the offense is a work in progress. New coordinator. Injuries on the line. Too many penalties on the offense. Justin is accurate at times But he isn’t consistent. He is missing open receivers at times. I wonder if he is afraid to make a mistake. I think we need to see if Justin can develop into a good or great quarterback. Keep playing him as long as he doesn’t play terrible.

I agree. He is not consistent in passing down the field. Specifically, it’s his deep ball passing that needs work. We have to be able to deep ball pass cause the best teams do that.

If your criticism of a player starts with “if you take away this or that” your criticism means nothing. Like come on. You could literally do that for the opposite. If Pickens doesn’t drop 3 passes he’d have finished 70% of his passes over 200 yards and had another 3 touchdown game. If Harris doesn’t have that long touchdown run it’s another 70 yard game and still no touchdowns through 6 weeks. Sure Fields missed some plays but so does every QB and the fact is he’s hiding a lot of issues this team has with his play.

Good show guys. Happy for the win, but really disappointed in the post game soft ball questions asked by those "reporters". They should have asked the tougher questions like why have they not started faster this season and what is wrong with the secondary giving up so much yardage this season and why not blitz more and why does Fields seem to be regressing...against the poor teams?! Instead they throw cupcake questions to Tomlin. And they do it every time. Are they intimidated or instructed not to ask the tough questions? This caliber of play will not work against the better teams.

QB play relies on rhythm. When you have constant O line penalties during every drive QB can’t get in rhythm. O line is the key which is still jelling.

We have a very leaky inconsistent offensive line. Why is everybody complaining about the pass game if the man can extend plays because of our deficiency in the O Line why are we still complaining? Three of the four projected starters on the line are out for the season not to mention. Frasier just went down last night with God knows what kind of injury be thankful we got a mobile quarterback for change

Not impressed. There still is no passing game, there needs to b more consistent passing. Fields has legs, which compliments their running game, but the fact that we don't have a passing game, is going to b a factor against good teams that have a passing game. Defense did really good and watt is the reason y they won. But the defense needs to step up and blitz more. No one talks about them relying on the front 4. Yes they are great but when u have no pressure for quarters on end and they are to pass at will will hurt the defense with time on the field. They had 1 sack I believe and it was cam heyward. We need more blitzing.
