Wow, that is a great spot to build. I have been thinking about building a Enclave outpost that is hidden in a rundown shack. I might be able to use that observation deck as the entrance to the shack and hide the Enclave outpost in the spot that you put the garage.

Very beautiful spot. I just built there but it's unfortunate the biggest turn off is the constant attacks from super mutants & floaters. I don't have any turrets up btw so I'm guessing it's an enemy spawn close by.

Best spot for that may be near whitesprings, although that’s often used so it may be hard to load in there, there are some nice flat spots dotted around the map, what I suggest is travel the roads that you think a mall would be on and narrow it down that way :)

@@misterchurch666 That's what I was trying to avoid. I found a fairly decent spot in the ash region- it's flat enough to do the trick but it gets routinely wrecked by scorched. Same issue with the toxic valley. Perfect level of flat, too close to a spawn point for snallygassers.

There’s two decent strip mall spots in Morgantown if you like that area and you’d probably have good luck with the one on the North close to the Grafton Dam. The site is pretty flat and has a nice overlook of the river below the dam on the back side. Go up the hill and you should find it on the left side of the road up from where Mr Church’s laundromat was built.

try flipping it around? and/or try using a different door and then replacing to the one you want. sometimes they act dumb when they are on the edge of a building
