Marcello Hernández coming out with a second skit of Immigrant Dad Talk Show was the highlight of my day. A performance with real substance. A show I look forward to from SNL!

I'm hoping they do now that SNL hired Emil Wakim (since he is Middle Eastern, though Wakim is Lebanese, not Egyptian).

This is a skit where I wish Arab Dad from KZbin had made an appearance, wearing his aviator sunglasses. "My son, Rudy, you know Rudy?..."

This was the funniest SNL sketch in awhile. I laughed out loud many times. One line that isn't getting enough love in the comments was "Your kids are so far apart."

i love this skit not only because its funny but its a different take on how some immigrant parents actually act towards their daughters...

Marcello was really good in this one! I feel like the sketch might not resonate as well w ppl who aren't the kids of immigrant dads lol, but I definitely think it worth becoming a recurring sketch based on Marcello's performance

I'm not immigrant but i'm black and it's pretty close to home, so it was damned funny,

AKA white people won't get it lol But that's the beauty of it. Why not have more sketches that are super relatable to people of color and maybe not to anyone else, right? (The jokes about Brooklyn make it regional too.)
