My friend Buddy has a Cuban mom and he failed Spanish and she came to the school to chew him out, in Spanish, in a tirade so fast it sounded like a single, extremely long word. When she was done, he showed her one of our tests and she saw why he failed, and it's genuinely just because he answered questions like a real Spanish speaker would. She started reading what he was supposed to answer for one of the written answer questions, laughed hysterically, went to the office, and IDK what she said to vice principal but he no longer had a failing grade after that.
