Imminence saved me from ending it all. I listen to their songs everyday and it helps with the pain and the terrors in my mind and in my heart. I hope they keep putting out meaningful songs. I never thought I'd find a band I can fully connect my emotions with until I found Imminence.

I'm glad they've helped you. Many people honestly don't realize the power music like this has on a person's heart. I've been through a lot in my life as well...back in 2001 I put a revolver to my head and pulled the trigger Luckily my dad was there and jumped at me and grabbed my arm, causing the bullet to go in the ceiling. I'm so glad he saved me because I'm husband to a wonderful woman and father to 3 beautiful girls. Imminence really resonates with those old feelings...particular Alleviate. I literally cried the first time I listened to that.

@@CoreyGory @CoreyGory Music has so much more power than people think. From the meaningful lyrics to the extreme emotion that's put into a lot of songs. Back in 2017, I had no friends, my family ridiculed me for every emotion I felt and told me to go to the doctor as if it was gonna help. One day when my dad was at work, I put my Mosin Nagant to my head on my dad's back porch and I pulled the trigger and all I heard was a loud click. Turns out that cheap ammo isn't the most reliable. I cried for nearly two hours, I couldn't keep myself together but I picked up my rifle, took it to my room, put it in my closet and decided to listen to music to calm me down. First song that popped up was Warrior by Dead By April and that song stuck with me ever since. Then, I found Imminence and they help a lot to suppress my inner devils from tempting me to pick up another gun to claim my own life. I owe them a lot and a thousand thank yous just isn't enough.
