I love to see all the Bathory shirts, and not Venom :) Immortal is top shit man, Diabolical Fullmoon Mysticism was such an incredible record from them in 92! and then Pure Holocaust in 93, which was another brutal crushing blast beat record. They were raw AF. Amazing footage!

@R.Lennartz For one you're wrong cause Lady Lust came out in 84, when Bathory released their first album in 84, and his sound was WAY heavier than Lady Lust, so he didn't borrow shit lmao. Sure Black Metal from 81 was a huge tune and could inspire some of the harsher vocals, but Quorthon was on an entirely different level than Venom. Venom was still New wave britsh heavy metal sound something like Priest, and Bathory was just Pure heavy black metal in 84, massssive difference. If anything Bathory stole everything from Show No Mercy by Slayer is 83, that album changed everything.

Liegt m.E. zum Teil auch daran, dass Immortal als Supporting Act fungierten... und ein Supporting Act kriegt fast immer einen schlechteren Sound (sofern die Hallenakustik ohnehin nicht schlecht ist) als der Headliner. Teils aber wollten die norwegischen BM-Bands 2nd wave das wohl nicht anders... Egal, Immortal haben hier eine Killershow abgeliefert!
