This really helped me understand so much more about the immune system response. Thank you!!

thanks a lot for the video! i was having a hard time reading only from textbooks that's not my native language and had difficulty trying to picture the diagram of this mechanism. this video helped me understand better!

Great video, as there are so many cytokines involved in the process it's quite hard to be concise, this really helped me sumarize thanks :)

This is an awesome video. When I was exposed to the mechanism idea of type I sensitivity (inappropriate IgE response to allergen) I always thought "but why is this stimulating IgE antibodies?" It's awesome to see that it's because those allergens will stimulate class switching because they're perceived to need an IgE response and IL-4 is a key component that helps that class switching. It really helps separate out IgE and IgM/IgG responses.

So you can gain immunity from parasites? So if someone kept eating raw meat over a long time they could eventually do it without worry?

And explanation though? How is it that other animals can do it but humans not longer can? Immunity must play a factor.

@@gjigaqaquj "no longer can" Ask yourself this, why are we the only species that needs to cook meat before eating it?
@Chris14_4 жыл бұрын
Well, you know different meat, different pathogens, different immune system, so I would not say that is ideal.

dont eat raw meat. do you realize the AMOUNT of parasites that are transmitted thru uncooked meat? you may DIE before you achieve this goal

Very helpful, thank you, Joe. I have a vaccine injury that caused immune insufficiency, unleashed viruses, viruses in my nervous system, and parasites in my skin. Do you have any suggestions for boosting immune response to parasites? I’ve tried olive leaf extract which seems to help with the viruses.

Hi! Great video! I have a question, which cells release IL-4 to trigger differentiation of Th cells to Th2 cells (after the dendritic cell presents the pathogen to Th cell). Is it the activation of Th cell by this pathogen enough to trigger the Th cell to release IL-4, which in turn causes itself to differentiate to Th2, or are there other cells involved in the release of IL-4?
@suyvairu6 жыл бұрын
Mast cells also are involve here. They allow a little sample ( antigen ) to enter the cell . Mast cells will release IL-4 & 5 , 5 will activate Eosinophils and IL-4 will be taken by the dendritic cell. Dendritic cell will travel - lymph vessels- lymph drain node where IL-4 will be presented to the Th0 cell ( naive or undifferentiated T-cell). T-cells get differentiated -Th2 .
