From Janeway’s Immunobiology: CXCR4 does not bind CXCL13 (as you suggest). It binds the chemokine CXCL12, which is produced by the stromal cells of the dark zone, which actually retains the centroblasts in this area for further growth and increased expression of surface Ig. When CXCR4 is downregulated then migration to light zone via CXCR5 and CXCL13 occurs.

So is "somatic hypermutation" the reason for there is one specific B cell for every antigen? If not, what is the aim of somatic h.mutation? Can somebody help please
