Great shopping trip... love seeing all the different shops. I'm like you, when I go to buy clothes I want to be alone. I'm fussy and it takes me awhile to make up my mind. Most times I come home empty handed. I have 2 pair of Sketcher's runners that I bought before we went to Vegas one year, as I knew I'd be doing a lot of walking. They sure are good for my back. I remember going with my dad to a camera shop... BORRRRRRINGGGGGG.. hahahaha. He took forever looking at filters, talking about apertures, checking out lighting etc. I would get so bored that I would go sit outside the shop and watch people. I swear he was in there for hours at times.. hahaha. I just came in to get a drink and noticed your video. I'm out working in the side yard. Thanks for sharing.. till next time.. byeeee 💝🌼💝

@@PlanetImo .. My sketchers are not water proof. I think for your style of walks/hikes that an ankle height and waterproof are your best friends. I have worn mine in the rain, and they were good, but I don't walk through the puddles and water soaked ground like you sometimes do. I have rubber boots for that. ha

I was so digging the stall with the red dragon items. With so many shops I'd actually be overwhelmed. Ladies' clothes are getting made of thinner material. Soon it'll be like tissue paper. That food was so lovely. I didn't realize that you just want black footwear. I was given a pair of Brooks running shoes by a friend because a few tiny areas were wearing on them in the fabric, and the fit is fabulous. Not into the color, but can't see my feet for the most part and they feel so wonderful. Hope you find what you need at a great price.

I have small feet & usually shop in the kids shoes as well. Always cheaper. Lunch looked good! It’s always great to get out and about again.

I absolutely adore Cardiff, a fantastic city. Always great for shopping. As for footwear in the future try the Adidas shop in mcarthur glen bridgend and if you can try to get some Adidas terrex shoes/boots, i can't recommend them highly enough. Good video 👍

A quick stop-gap, until you get your new shoes sorted, is to put a small plastic bag over your foot before putting it in your shoe (one without safety holes in it). It won't stop the shoe getting soaked through of course, but saves you feet from getting soggy and cold. 😉

I love those very tactical looking type of hiking boots - as long as they're water proof and not too heavy, I'd buy them. Wish I could get them in children's sizes though, could save me some $$$ :)

If you don't really like the walking boots you could always try Solomons trainers they have good support and comfy and good grip on them to and look like trainers rather than walking shoes :)
