Hey guys, so I thought i’d film a random day in the life to show what I eat in a day, obviously not every day is the same, this is just an idea of a random day, but I hope you enjoy!

Girl I love how you’ve opened up about your struggles with food and that you’re trying to get better but this is not the way. Not trying to hate, but you are under eating and portion controlling so much for how much energy you expend on a daily basis. Just eating boiled veggies and a small amount of protein is not enough, especially if you want to recover healthy and run faster. You have to fuel your body with the right nutrients, veggies are good for you but just eating a plate of low calorie veggies will not sustain your body. Please consider adding more fats and bigger portions/higher calorie meals. Just hope you don’t hurt yourself because you’re not eating enough. All the best to you on you recovery though! I know it will take a while to transition from your previous fear of foods, but consider changing it day by day. Best of luck to you 💕

These videos are high key so motivating!! I'm a uni student from Melb and I definitely struggle with maintaining a semi-decent exercise schedule & eating right on top of uni, other commitments, and a social life!! I was wondering if you could do more videos in the future of how you balance exercise, with full days of uni and trying to eat decently all whilst getting those grades!! x

Girl I don't think this is enough! it is obviously sustaining you at the moment but you will get to point where your body starts fighting back - e.g. metabolism slows, hormones unbalanced, fatigue, etc. you should try adding some more calorically dense foods to ensure that you are hitting enough calories (and don't go into an energy deficit) so that you can maintain and increase your athletic performance.

So true, for the amount she. exercises she's probably only eating like 700 calories a day. She did 6k run on the fuel

Omg girl, I didn’t go to uni the year after highschool either and just started uni in QLD 2 weeks ago. Such a heavy workload but it’s so good to get back 😩

Girl, you know you’re massively undereating. I know this feels like it’s sustaining you now but it will catch up to you. It will, sadly :(. Have you read the story of Bobby Clay?? It’s so important you read it. You are never going to sadly get back speed if you eat like this :(. Imiii come on girl, we love you but you know you need to get healthy and get your period and build up your bone density. Long runs put back your appetite. Trust me, I lost soooo much weight running long because I just lost my appetite. Yet I lost my period and my life pretty much, my life was surrounded around when I was gunna train, training, training, food, food... because I was so malnourished my brain couldn’t focus on normal happy other things. Try eating 3 meals 3 snacks. That’s what I have to do + when I train I have an extra snack which is this like protein chocolate milk atm. I think this will work for u too, u will build muscle recover faster and become even quicker. I also don’t have my period atm so this is what I have been recommended by professionals to help me. Every meal includes a protein carb and vegetables. And my breakfast is also like an oats type thing

I love you, but I think you may need to try and up your calories more - I know you're trying but just by adding some more peanut butter to your oats or an extra date can help you make a start x

Try only adding a little and than add more over time. I felt like it diluted my oatmeal but it is a good way to get greens in you

Please fuel yourself more, you could run so much faster and be such a better athlete. Please don’t loose yourself in restricting your food. I’m a long distance runner who’s recovering from anorexia, my undereating ended up with me fainting, lacking power, not being able to finish races, getting light headed during runs and destroying my gut and liver. I just want you to fuel yourself properly and live a healthy and athletic life with awesome achievements in sports, otherwise it’s really just useless to run because you’re not training anymore, you’re just wasting. Your videos are motivating and you’re awesome, but there are people out here that trust you and what you state in your videos, not only am I strongly worried about your health but I’m also worried about other people’s health. There are people who don’t understand basic nutrition and if they take you as their role model as for nutrition, it’s just sad because they can end up with serious health issues. Think about it, please.
