A tip for summerrolls: just dip the ricepaper in warm water, even though it’s still not soft... it will be when you place it on a wood tray! The consistency will be perfect! Soft but not so delicate that they’ll break:)

Love that you eat 2 times for breakfast! #friendgoals. I usually eat my food earlier in the day so it can properly digest before bed and so I don't feel uncomfortable or full. Hi Sophie, with the rice paper sheets try only dipping them in the water for only 5 seconds and then pull them out of the water. The warmth from your hands and the ingredients will make them even softer and you'll be able to wrap them and they won't rip. :)

You can separate the veggies to get it tighter. For example add cucumbers and carrots, roll it once, add the other ingredients, roll, add avocado roll. Etc or vice vwrsa.

Hi gorgeous!!! I wanted to give you a tip about the spring rolls (you might already know it but since I am currently watching this old video I wanted to give you a tip anyway) I love eating such rolls but I always put them in the air fryer for around 12-15 min just to get golden brown and crispy or you can use a pan aswell. But I find it easy with the fryer. The temp is up to you since mine is different than yours.

I know I’m a little late in this comment but just an advise on the rice paper. Try not to dip it into the water directly. Have a wet clean towel and lay the wet towel on the paper and let it absorb the water. Don’t need to wait for it to be fully soft, just lay the ingredients in and by then u r done the paper is soft enough for u to wrap it.

Just eat it. The fats and nutrients from the egg yolk is very good for skin, nails and hair. Don't be afraid of healthy fats. Eating too much protein affects your liver eventually. Just stick with a low carb high fat diet 😍

I love this video! I was just wondering, do you ever feel quite weak training whilst fasted in the mornings? I would prefer to do this and have tried to get into doing this myself but can only really manage cardio and find my muscles feel too weak for weight training if I go to the gym without food. Listen to mind pump media. They talk about how to maintain this lifestyle the best as possible as an adult with family and jobs. It’s doable, you might not have insanely shredded abs, but you can absolutely get very fit and healthy, still. They talk about affordable and easy foods to make that don’t constrict, as well.
