Eh, in pvp radius was more dangerous than impact fist. This was due to the impact requiring 3 mins to charge for a single move. Impact was only hazardous if used by bounty hunters, for they can jump in any time though it was expected since the person who gave the action was a bounty hunter.

The only thing that stopped the menace of impact fist back in the day was the very long charge time. Even then it only took a few minutes of clicking to be able to one shot someone

It was also really slow so unless they were right next to you, you could easily dodge it.

Honestly, don’t take my word as I don’t remember much about AA but I didn’t think it was the worst thing ever, 3 min for one move was mostly good for jumping. But that’s the memories of a younger me. I mostly remember just throwing it in the borealis ship to anger like 6 people at once, great times!

As a person who played from a time before impact fist even existed, I can say that while it was braindead it had enough flaws to counteract it, provided the opponents actually had the brains to deal with it. I can tell you it's not as braindead as Morock's fire sword which had an AoE with every burning status effect that could also cover an entire island (sure it's a legendary weapon but still stupid.)
