It will be interesting to see this in action. I will be looking forward to it. By the way we just cane off of 3 days of generator life. Made me start looking at a cummins whole house unit lol

Yes, Jim, when the lights go out it always feels wonderful to start the generator and throw the interlock switch - would not want to be without! 😀

I'm thinking about making one of these. Interested to see how it works.

How come you didn't show it in operation? I've been wanting to buy one of those but I didn't know how well they worked?

I actually do have a video showing it in use. It was posted 4 months ago - "Plowing with John Deere 445 with Middle Buster and Rake..." It works well, check it out.

That looks like a Cat 0 3 point, or is it just the camera. I thought the 455 is when JD went to the Cat 1/ I have a 430 Diesel that I think is physically heavier than the 455 and I get really frustrated looking for Implements. I just restored the tractor and I almost fabricated a Cat 1 3 point. Now I'm glad I didnt! I'm only going to use a box blade and a rake on the back and looking at this rake I think I am going to buy a Cat 0 receiver, cut off all the cat one attachment pieces on the implements and weld a 2" square tube on them. I'm still deciding on Fabbing a FEL or buying the Little Buck and running a brace from the top mounts down to the frame and welding 90 degree sides on the bucket. I have blueprints and a detailed parts list to build a full blown FEL for less money and I cant do anything till the fall now dirt work wise, I'm just tired of working on the tractor! lol I am really glad you posted this, you may have saved me on my 3 point! Thank you!

Yes, that is a cat 0. It can handle a cat 1 and all my implements are cat 1. I have often thought of switching the lift arms to cat to save re-pinning the implements. However, I just found some great cat 1 to cat 0 pins which are a big help (I show them in my first boom pole vid). Nice if you can build your own FEL, otherwise the LBL is the way to go for price/performance...
