Love their plates. I was using this exact plate until I switched to an RMR HD. I didn't like the RMR overhanging a little over the ejection port so I went with the one without the built in rear sight and removed my front sight. Highly recommend IM plates.

Well, Everyone gets bit by the tech on Dots and how they are mounted. Watched the first rant video and my 2 cents.... I wouldn't do that again. C&H makes some good stuff too. I'm pleased so far with a steel RMR to 509T adapter. Read that they are "Mild Steel" whatever that means. It is lighter and thinner than the Holosun provided adapter. I was evaluating dots, tried the Holosun SCS carry. The provided adapter, a K to RMSc is light and thin vs. a Holosun EPS adapter, K to RMR is thick and heavy. Yes a scale set to measuring grams is helpful. Practical, it doesn't matter about a few grams difference. Height lowering the sight was what I was after. So, Hi Holosun. You don't have it listed on your site. Can I purchase a plate? No we don't sell that. So as a Customer Service, they sent me a plate for the SCS adapter from K to RMS footprint. Got It installed. There that's better. Either a plate or Mr. Dremel to make work. I'm not mentioning the platform. Durability remains to be seen and found out. From one Fellow Lab Rat to another. The industry is organic and unorganized. Everyone is still trying to make a better mouse trap. One would think there would be more partnerships between at least the top 3 dot manufacturers and IDK a mounting method to..... Well, I want to put that SRO on my EDC 3.5" Barreled subcompact...Wait the perfect candidate, The Colt Defender in 38 Super. Y'eah that's it. Really I don't get how Trijicon, Holosun, Leuopold think that smaller gets a set standard size of dot. The smaller Holosun K foot print EPS Carry for me sucks. The RMSc exhibits the same issues I have. The fish eye effect. One day though. Glad Impact machine has helped here. They are one of the folks to always consider for machining. Competition is a good thing. Sorry about being long winded. 🤷‍♂

I have been looking for an optics plate for my Dan Wesson DWX full size . The newest version where the slide is optics ready via a plate . I see Impact machine has a plate for the DWX . I think I might just give them a try since the factory plates are never in stock.. and the cost is roughly the same..

Yes If you get the correct plate for the EPS.

No they both take the RMSC plate. The Regular EPS is just wider in width but they are the both the same footprint.

I'll be a customer of IM plates that I need for any new firearms that require a plate system to mount an optic... HOPEFULLY, BJ's gun store well put their plates in stock for any optic plates they need for any handgun they sell to their customer base. Can't imagine Glock doing anything smart to improve their MOS plate system's mounting plate plastic plates...... Great opportunity for their company....
