@@JimC1984 James, you believe in Jesus, whom the world hates. Now we are free to enjoy what's in this world, but not everything is beneficial. Attachment to earthly stuff leads to obsession, and that takes away your attention from the Lord. We watch anime for the storyline and values, yes? That's no different from reading a book or listening to a song, quite harmless. But if we watch it for the fanservice then that's now a problem. You probably don't collect anime figurines to study body positions and proportions for your art projects and commissions, but to look at them. How's that any different from dragons hoarding gold? My father left me and my mother when I was around 6 years old. He took everything from us and left us standing there in the dark. My mother was unemployed and I was a little child and didn't really understand what was going on. I have not talked to him in years as I am 14 now and I am having a hard time forgiving him because of what he did, especially recently when he doesn't even want to pay child support to my mother. But I focus on the bright side: my mother worked on herself more, she started to exercise, eat healthier, and even got a job that pays really well, and I have learned a lot of things in the past few years and made many new friends. I pray that God can give me the strength and love to forgive him. If you read to the bottom of this comment, thank you for listening to me and have an amazing day.

@Plaazzzz hey man. I'm 40 years old and had a falling out with my father when I was 17. We haven't spoken since. I struggle with the idea of forgiving him just as you do. Because it means he would feel justified. Like I was the one in the wrong all these years, not him. I'm praying for the strength to truly forgive him. But idk what that means. Does forgiving him mean I should pursue a relationship with him? Do I have to forgive him to his face or can I do it in prayer? These are the answers I'm asking god for. I would suggest you continue praying, but pray the difficult prayer for your father. Thank God for a dad and your existence. Ask that your dad meets someone on his path that will turn his heart. Forget any tradition and pray an honest prayer. Even if you swear in the process. Also thank you for sharing your story as it has helped me with mine. I will be praying for you and your family my friend.

I've been dealing with similar things lately. I've struggled with trusting people for most of my life(which I think subconsciously had affected my trust in Christ too) and one of the biggest reasons for that happened about 6 years ago when I was in college. I found out that my little brother, who has always been a troubled kid, had been abusing my little sister for years. I've only just recently, within the last year, gotten to the point where I don't have an angry outburst every time I hear his name and I've over the last couple weeks been trying to forgive. It's hard enough when it's you being the one affected by the action needing forgiveness but it's infinitely harder when it's someone you love and care about who was the victim and you don't think(haven't talked to him in years so hope to be wrong and someone has talked to him) they've repented. I think I'm the only one in my family who hasn't at least partially forgiven but I just continue struggling with letting that go. Deep pain is so hard to forgive, especially when it's caught up in your own emotions like guilt, shame, and anger.

UN-forgiveness is like a cancer. Untreated it will certainly destroy your body. I watched one of my brothers living in UN-forgiveness, it was hard to watch him fall. Everyone was at fault never him. He was being eaten up inside. He drank was an alcoholic in toward the end he cut everyone out of his life. I mean everyone. So heartbreaking 😢 He decided to cancel himself out of this life. More heartbreaking💔😢 I tried so many times to help him. He would not open his heart.more heartbreaking 💔 💔💔💔 So this May 15th will be 2 years since his passing. No matter how hard it may be to forgive it is not only your body but your spirit that is effected. This video is extremely important. I was blessed a long while ago to have a forgiving heart. Compassion and empathy were my gifts in Jesus. And a forgiving spirit too. It comes with blessings and challenges. It is not all roses and sunny. But I would rather have those challenges than a spiritually ridden cancer of body heart and mind. To those struggling with forgiveness, this information may help tremendously! God bless 🙌🏼🙏🏼💝

We are supposed to be wise, and it's wise to not blindly trust people, especially if they have given a reason to not be trusted. But yeah, it's important to forgive and forget, as in to not ruminate those memories and constantly remind the wrondoer of it, I think we're not really supposed to literally forget. Treat them as if they didn't do those things, but there is no need to force yourself to keep them in your life. Not that it's easy, of course, it's very hard. But thanks to God, not impossible.

This is kind so long, but I do stay in topic. I really pray what I say helps you. It seems like such a long time ago, but I got saved in 2019 so I'm still relatively new in the Faith myself. Remember, repentance is a process. Turning from sin is a process, it won't always be easy. So when it comes to things like unforgiveness, think about repentance as though you are driving your vehicle. Your vehicle is always going to make turning a process, it will never be an about face, the vehicle will always make some sort of curve. That's generally how our walk with Jesus is. Forgiveness will always be a process, especially if it's a family member or friend. Someone we have a long history with, it can be easy to keep score of the ways that person has done wrong. When we forgive, we must also address our own pride which can get in the way of our walk with Jesus. I'll end with this, sometimes people have issues with forgiveness because of an overzealous and prideful disposition. Peter is a classic case study of this. He is the most outspoken of all the disciples. If you haven't yet, you will read about Peter telling Jesus "I will NEVER DENY YOU"! Jesus stating that "Before the rooster crows, you will deny me 3 times ." Of course Jesus was right, and after the resurrection, Peter is shown to be forgiven. Later on Peter wrote in one of his letters, found in the back end of the Bible "For God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble". The life of Peter can teach us about humility and forgiveness.

Prayer really, really helps! Here's a few things that have helped me forgive people easier, 1) thinking of my own sins and thinking about how I want to be forgiven. I earnestly want to be forgiven for my wrongs and while I understand that there's people out there who aren't sorry for wronging you, this moves onto step 2) thinking of hell. It's eternal, never ending, it's horrible painful torment no matter how many years pass, no matter how sorry someone is then. I think of that person in hell for eternity, thinking of a hundred billion years passing, and the pain never ends. It breaks my heart knowing there's many, many people out there that will live a suffering existence for eternity and it makes me feel a deep sorrow for them. 3) focus on that sorrow and realizing these people are hurting themselves far more than they could ever hurt me. This leads me to the final step, 4) praying that person understands what they're doing so they stop and come to our Lord so they may be saved from hell. No matter how much someone has hurt me, the thought of them suffering for eternity is such a horrifying thought that it leads me directly to prayer every time my emotions calm down.

I loved someone once and I was hurt deeply. It took me a long time to forgive because I tried doing it myself. But when I did it with the help of God it was so much easier for me. I do forgive thIs person, I wish them well, and sometimes I find myself wondering why but feel comfortable in the now and wish them to do be happy in life. I do find myself missing her sometimes. That will take time but I do not hate her and I do forgive her

But one night, I stumbled across one of your videos and loved it, it really spoke to me and I truly believe I was ment to see it. My eyes were opened, later that night I finally sat down and read my Bible and when I was finished with Matthew I had an honest to God conversation with the Lord. Some tips for those who struggle with forgiving: In most cases, there’s a reason behind the wrongdoing that’s been done to you. Put yourself in the other person’s shoes and see if you can at least find a reason they might’ve done what they’ve done. This is most helpful in cases of miscommunication or assumed malicious intent. In cases with hurt on both sides, check yourself before focusing on the wrong of the other party. Is there something you could find that you’ve done that wasn’t good? In my experience, forgiveness comes a lot quicker once we realize and say that we’ve done wrong ourselves. Helps build empathy and tends to help the other party do a bit of self reflection as well.

I understand why but that doesn't mean I want to sign up for more evil in my life lol. When you're a child and are being harmed by your parent, is it really the child's fault? You have to be careful with saying stuff like this because this is what narcs say to the people they abuse. That it's our fault they have to treat us that way. I agree with you if it's with a non-malicious person.

1st ACCEPTANCE: Accept that it happened to you. Accept that someone hurt you (Intentionally or Unintentionally). 2nd FEEL THE EMOTIONS: Dont block it. Don't repress the anger/disappointment/sadness. CRY IT OUT. 3rd REALIZE IT'S IN THE PAST: Focus on "Now" "Today" 4rth FORGIVE Yourself / Others: Realize that they are humans too. 5th SET BOUNDARIES: Don't be naive. This is how you can effectively protect your peace and stsnd up for yourself. Pray for strength. Pray for complete healing so you dont have to bleed on people who didn't hurt you.

What a wonderful religion! An abuser need not apologize to their victims, no redress is needed, they just need to ask god to forgive them, and the victims are all on their own. The VICTIMS in fact, must also ask god for forgiveness or the abuse will continue after life. The VICTIMS must ask god for help in getting over the trauma of being abused, (but he never actually does anything) because he is such a loving god! He is a JUST god, because if you believe, you can be saved from his eternal damnation, it does not matter how many people you have wronged, all you need is to apologize to god, and it is all better as far as you are concerned. Your victims on the other hand, they can simply suffer through life, especially the ones who refuse to believe in YOUR god, THEY probably deserved the abuse anyway, you were just being an instrument of god! There is no EVIDENCE that he exists, and there are a lot of stupid claims attributed to his actual speech, but you only have to beLIEve in order to be part of the group that will never die, everyone who has ever been born so far, has also died eventually, so I guess there are no TRUE believers? So, how does that work?
@Itali7361 Жыл бұрын
@@tiredofliars why must you come on here, with such anger and such aggressiveness? If an abuser comes to God that must mean that in his heart he feels as if he's done something wrong not as if he's just doing it to be saved, as the lord says on judgement day they'll be a lot of people saying lord lord but he'll say that he never knew them, and even so the "victims" in this case aren't all on their own but in fact they're also convicted by the holy spirit, in this scenario wouldn't they be the bigger person by forgiving first? Wouldn't that show character? And with the whole 'God doesn't do anything!' That's so un true, there's alot of things that God's does, and at the same time there's alot of things that God allows, but it's all for a plan and process you got to trust, if God wanted all evil things out this world, we'd all be gone due to our sin and behaviors, but because Jesus died on the cross we're saved through him. 2. To explain how being reborn through belief works, you have to understand that there's more then just 'believing in him will get you to heaven' type mentality, that's just lukewarm, and can be attributed to the free grace doctrine, but no in actual fact you have to be first reborn in spirit, because as you find faith in the lord you'll see alot of sinful behaviors disappearing, now of course being a Christian doesn't mean you'll NEVER sin, you'll always have rough patches through sin, and all that, but at the end of the day there's a difference between struggling and living in sin, and through understanding that and humbling yourself shall you be truly saved. 3. Bringing it back to an earlier topic within your paragraph, do you wish to speak 1 on 1 about this? Because correct me if I'm wrong but you seem to be speaking with alot of heart, and seem to be speaking from experience with the whole 'he never does topic' because he does, but he allows certain things to happen in order for better things to come, kind of to put it in a worldly sense like working your butt off for 3 years to experience the good life for 10, and I feel like before you spit alot of this text you should really read the Bible before just spouting beliefs with not biblical information. 4. And the evidence of him existing can be found everywhere, one such evidence is by the fact of the fabric of the universe was created so perfectly that even a slight dial off would be enough to set off the universe, and even scientists haven't made of sense of it (I can go more depth in like a discord sesh or smth). But yeah, if you have more questions I'm free to answer

@@Itali7361 There is so much wrong with your response. First, WHY? Because I am one of the victims of religion. Is your god the god of the Bible? if so, Which Bible? There are over 100 versions in print today. I read the entire KJV of the bible by the time I was 17. Have you read it? Honestly, because you truly seem to be unaware of the atrocities committed by your god and his people in that fantasy collection of books from at least FOUR different religions. The oldest currently practiced religion in the world is Zoroastrianism, it is older than Hebrew-ism, Greek Mythology and Norse Mythology by THOUSANDS of years, and we have the physical records proving it. Hebrew-ism is a PROVEN cult of Zoroastrianism. Messiahianicism was a Cult of Hebrew-ism. The Way was a cult of Messiahianicism. The Catholic Church is a cult of The Way. Protestantism is a Cult of Catholicism. There are over 40,000 cults today calling themselves CHRISTIAN all different, all with opposing beliefs, and many of them willing and able to kill those who do not believe exactly as they do. CHRIST the WORD did not exist until the 11th century, prior to that the GREEKS did not have a word for The Anointed Messiah of God. So they TRANSLITERATED the HEBREW Word one letter at a time, and then they rearranged the letters, and the closest they could get to a REAL word in GREEK was cristo, to cover in oil, or to dip in oil, or to store in oil. In the first century, gladiators were cristo before battle, and the winner would have the cristo scrapped off and sold as perfume. So, the CATHOLIC CHURCH invented the word CHRISTOS to mean the fantasy character they had referred to until then as Ishuah. They didn't call him Jesus, a name with NO POWER, until after the letter J was invented by the SPANISH in 1528. So, before the 16th century there was no JESUS, and before the 11th century there was no CHRIST. In the last 500 years, since the Protestant church was invented, it has split SUCCESSFULLY over 40,000 times. And there have been over 400 different, contradictory, and mostly discarded books calling themselves HOLY WORD OF GOD in just that same amount of time. WHAT is much worse, is that ORIGINALLY, what you call the Bible, was three separate works up until the 15th century when the printing press was invented. Prior to that Every copy of The Holy Word of God, The Bible and The New Testament was written out by hand by scribes, many of them making mistakes and many others changing the text to say what THEY wanted it to say. But it was three separate works. The Holy Word of God, called The Pentateuch by the Catholics, but originally called The Torah by the Hebrews who invented it in 478 BC. The Bible, today called The Hebrew Bible, is the set of stories named Joshua through Malachi, which are simply the stories of the Hebrew people, not intended to be considered HOLY, but you know how religions evolve over time! And finally the New Testament invented in 400 AD by the Catholic Church, added to and removed from for the next 1100 years, when Martin Luther set up the Protestant movement, and eventually the Protestant Church, later called the Lutherans, and took the bible as it was in 1527. But the Catholics weren't done creating their Holy Word of God, so add the Apocrypha if you are Catholic or one of the closer offshoots as they kept adding after Martin Luther set up his cult. First the Catholics assembled the Gospels, Five books, Mathew, Mark, Luke, John and The Acts. They dared not call it HOLY because what they did call The Holy Word of God precluded adding anything to it. That is why there are three works, The Torah, The Bible and The New Testament also called The GOOD word, not the Holy Word. Then an offshoot of Protestantism in what is now called Germany had as a follower, Johannes Gutenberg who printed up the first version of the Vulgate in his printing press, CERTAINLY NOT the bible you read and follow today! It was the spread of Protestantism that is responsible for the various versions of the Bible that are no longer followed or printed, you see, as each cult sprang up throughout Europe and eventually America, they would have their OWN version of the Bible printed up, either adapting for language changes, or discoveries of fallacies and malicious changes, (King James). Throughout the last 150 years, MANY different bibles were invented, printed, discarded or kept. Originally they would preface them with the fact that the book contained three different works, I believe there are still a few today that when you look on page 1 it will still say "The Holy Word of God, The Bible, And The New Testament." But, over time, some religions got lazy, and Dropped the LONG title, and Used The Holy Word of God and The Holy Bible, but even that was too long, and in Gold Leaf, expensive, so they shortened it again and again, so that today you can buy Bibles that say they are simply BIBLE all the way to ones that tell you they are The Holy Word of God. SO, before we go any further, which BIBLE did god tell you is the correct one? And which cult of a cult of a cult of a cult did he tell you is the right one? I can also explain that pesky "beginning of the cosmos" for you if you like also.

@@Itali7361 " if God wanted all evil things out this world, we'd all be gone ..." According to your holy book, your god tried that once, he failed! He literally wiped out ALL LIFE on the planet and started over, but two chapters later there is so much evil in his world already that he has to employ the help of the other gods to help him confuse languages.(This story is from when the Hebrews still worshiped many gods, and YHWH was still simply a lowly god of metallurgy and his wife was Asherah.)

@@Itali7361 "'believing in him will get you to heaven" do you believe that you will get to go to heaven? Because if you had read that holy book of yours, you would know that Jesus himself bars you from Heaven. John 3:16 is so often quoted by people like you, but you fail to read and understand the verse just three verses earlier, where your Jesus himself is credited with saying "None shall ascend to Heaven that did not come from Heaven." There is not a single verse in the Bible(s) I have read that says humans get to go to Heaven, not physically, not spiritually. In that so called HOLY BOOK, Heaven is above the clouds and below the firmament (they thought the sky was solid) And is the abode of God, HIS SONS, Satan, and The Angels. In fact, god destroys Heaven in that book of yours. You really should read it, it has some really outlandish stuff in there, Lord of the Lies is what it should be called. It is truly amusing to me that you tried to defend your religion, and you wanted to have conversations about it privately, but you do not want to expose your actual beliefs PUBLICLY! Does that make you a coward, a hypocrite, a con artist or just admitting that you are just plain wrong about everything you have been indoctrinated to beLIEve?

i'd like to add the point that we should forgiven even the people that don't want our forgiveness. when Jesus was hanging on the cross, he said "father, forgive them" even when they wouldn't repent. so i would argue we should treat people that sinned against us with forgiveness, even with their sin still abounding. great video.

Thank you for putting this all together, I've been reading the new testament since December of 23 and trying to figure out how to forgive the people that are making our lives difficult right now and it is so hard but I do feel like I'm getting closer to that point. But it's one thing to say I forgive you to someone, but you have to truly believe it, I could say it but I don't feel like I would actually mean it yet, but I'm building towards it. I feel like the holy Spirit is working within me to get me and my family to a better place, but it doesn't happen quickly, just reading the Bible every night, even if it's just one chapter helps me focus. I suggest if you feel lost and don't know what to do, start reading the new testament, it has helped me immensely!

Forgiveness comes with an open, meaningful apology. This is such a tough subject because sometimes it translates as blanket forgiveness for any wrongs done to you. We approach the Lord in sincere repentance and are forgiven. He doesn’t forgive without our acknowledgement of sin. Others also need to be sorry for their wrongs towards you to be given forgiveness. That being said, whether or not you receive an apology over a past hurt it is SO important to forgive that person in your heart and get to a place that you can wish well for them and truly, lovingly view them with kind regard from afar, sometimes it can be near impossible to physically get to a balanced place again with said persons. But not forgiving in your heart… that is definitely where bitterness and resentment comes in and wreaks havoc! It doesn’t always look like an open arm, bff relationship afterward unfortunately, but Jesus can help you come to terms in His love for others despite the hurt they have caused. Lovely video, and so needed in this season ❤

This video helped me to better see myself. I was mistreated as a child by my dad, and later on sexually abused. But it was never the abuse that made me angry, it was the past when he was really hard. I wanted to hate him, but I've learned to forgive him. Although, I do still bring up the past quite a bit, and I've wondered if I've really forgiven him, if I keep bringing it up. Especially since it puts me in a funk at times. I also feel it's not so forgiving when I tell him that the past him is dead to me, because it sounds a bit harsh. I don't know. . . thank you for helping me to see myself though. P.S. My dad and I are best friends now, but I should completely let go of the past, and stop making him feel bad when I bring it up. Not that I'm trying too, but I can be accusatory, which isn't good.

Thanks for your awesome videos ❤ BUT, I just want to say here, that there is a difference between "not keeping records of wrong" and "treating someone as if they never hurt us". And this distinction is absolutely not a trivial one! Keeping score and keeping records of wrong can't possibly co-exist with forgiveness. True! And absolutely, sometimes minor offenses both can and should be forgotten. But other offences simply can't and teaching that "not forgetting" is in contrast to "not forgiving" is dangerous. Not only for the severely abused that struggles with forgiving because they falsely have been taught that would constitute also forgetting, but also for the severely abused that needs to stay far away from the person who abused them! Some people are simply not safe! Not in their current state. That does not mean that we cannot forgive them. We can forgive them, and yet, still recognize that they are not safe and that they must be treated as the potential threats that they very much still are. You can forgive and pray for the man who raped and abused you for years, and you will find tremendous freedom and healing in doing so. It will help you grow beyond and above the horrible things you endured. But that doesn't mean that you should start treating the person who did all these things to you as if it never happened! That isn't biblical either. To not "see" the sin, like God does no longer see our sins after He forgave us, is not the same as ignoring it was ever there to begin with. It means we should no longer focus our energy and attention on it after we have forgiven the person who harmed us. But, we can still know (a.k.a remember) that the person harmed us so that we can avoid putting our trust in that person again as long as they are still the same person. Remembering is also not a hindrance for loving someone that abused or mistreated you. Dwelling on it and focusing on it is. But acknowledgment that this abuse altered your life and who you are is the honest and safe way to both forgiveness of the abuser and you own healing in Christ. All I'm saying is, that it is a little more complicated than "forgive and forget".

@@justsomeyoutubechannel2023 It seems to me that, at best, you only skimmed my text before you decided for yourself what I wrote - and what I believe and don't believe. Your response has absolute no correlation to my post! Not only do you quote me completely wrong, but you also make a very problematic assumption... - I absolutely did NOT write ANYTHING about ANY sin not being forgivable, neither by God himself nor by us. Please direct me, with correct quotation this time, to the place in my text where I make that statement? - I NEVER wrote, nor did I even come close to hinting at, the statement that there are sins the precious blood of Jesus can't pay for! - I NEVER wrote, nor did I even come close to hinting at, that there are people God can't heal! - I NEVER wrote ""but other offences simply can't [be forgiven.]" You can't even interpret what I actually wrote in that way. What I wrote is this: "And absolutely, sometimes minor offenses both can and should be FORGOTTEN. But other offences simply can't (BE FORGOTTEN!... follows the logic of the sentence as a whole). Forgiven, yes, absolutely! But simply forgetting completely isn't always possible in a physical sense and we can cause harm to people who are struggling with this if we demand that they completely forget or else their forgiving is invalid. It simply isn't so. Have you completely forgotten every single thing in your life another person has ever done that hurt you? Now imagine being tortured and abused for years and years by the person that should love you, care for you and protect you. Imagine the abuse being so severe and cruel that you lost the ability to ever carry children. Even lost the ability to ever walk again. Can you forgive such an ordeal? Yes. By the love and mercy of our mighty God and by His power and His healing you can come to a place where even that can be forgiven. But does that mean you can and should forget completely? That would mean you could - and should - continue to live with the man that did this to you... because he has now never done that to you, right? That would be the case if you should "treat him as if it never happened". Even if that made him keep abusing you? No, of course not! That's a silly question. You should no longer focus on the harm that was done to you, but set your focus on God - and remember that this person is dangerous to you (as long as he is the person that harmed you and not a new person in Jesus... as I wrote!) CAN you even forget and is that a realistic expectation God has of you? No, of course not! Because your life is forever altered by the trauma and pretending it didn't happen is not the same as healing from it! Not even close. You can't "forget" away the fact that you no longer can have a child of your own. It has nothing to do with forgiveness. It's a simple physiological fact you have to live with. Are you suggesting that it would be possible, and that God would demand, that you forget the fact that you can't have children (and subsequently are forced to remember why)? No, of course not. Should you forget that you have scars all over your body after chunks of your flesh were cut out? Forget that you are in a wheelchair and just act as if you could walk? Again, a dumb question of course. When you are forced to remember, you should not also be burdened with the opinions of those who do not understand and can't relate that you haven't been "forgiving" enough because you haven't also "forgotten". God understands and He is the only judge of your heart. He knows if you have truly forgiven or not. If He grants full and miraculous recovery and complete "forgetting" (amnesia), then it is His mercy and His will. Praise to Him. But if He doesn't, neither you, nor I, nor anyone else should judge this tortured and abused child of God for not having "forgotten" because they are clearly still in a wheelchair and by extension forced by circumstance to remember why! That is not in accordance with the bible and that is the essence of what I wrote. You write that I start out with the assumption that God is not omnipotent... There is absolutely NOTHING in my text that hints at that. Not a single thing. i don't understand why you chose to respond in the fashion you did, and especially after not even reading my post with just a little bit of care. But Maybe you are one of those people on the internet who just likes to start fires. I really hope not. I write this long response to you in the hope that it is not the case. I hope that you just skimmed my text, misunderstood it completely, and got upset because you assumed I was saying something else than what I was actually saying. Peace be with you ❤✝

I saw it as nice example of mercy given to us from Jesus and we Must do the same for our neighbors and we aren’t doing it alone as God always offers us a way through continuous prayer and Thanksgiving for all that Jesus has done for us

Forgiveness is not a choice, it's a must , if we don't forgive we won't be with Christ for eternity, that serious it is

It’s so hard, and what if there well aware of what they did to you and what if there not remorseful or repentant, but they’re proud of it, and say that they would do it again because they enjoyed hurting, humiliating, and embarrassing you.

I've had a hard time forgiving someone for over 40 years, but I see now that it's time. We aren't the ones to pass judgement, only God can do that so why waste our energy on hating, being mad at someone.🙏✝️

I've got so much hate for bullies. The ones who bullied me, my friends, and even just in general. I just can't wrap my head around why someone would hurt another human being. One of the hardest things is to pray for them, but you just gotta do it, and pray God can quiet the rage in your heart

We have no choice but to forgive as believers. If you don't forgive you are up the creak without a paddle. It is crucial. No matter what they've done.

Your videos bring me so much joy. Thank you for creating this video about forgiveness. May our Heavenly Father richly bless you and keep your heart on fire for His Living Word every day of your life! I am praying for you, brother, that God will fill you with His peace that transcends all human understanding. I am praying that He will lead you through the challenge of forgiveness and that you reach the sweeter side of your prayers, where you are liberated. Thank you for all you give into making these videos, for reminding us what a follower of Jesus looks like, and for communicating to everyone (especially those who don't already know) that JESUS LOVES US.

God just wants us to be as much like him as possible. He doesn't expect we will nail every aspect perfectly but he wants us to know him. Knowing God is wanting to be like God by forgiving others and other things. I think the very least he wants is us to be more loving and forgiving. Who knows, that may be just enough to gain his forgiveness and not be told to depart for he never knew us! He just wants us to be at peace with one another. He wants us to stop spreading lies and gossip (he abhors that).
