Impatience is Not a Virtue

Eastbound Interstate 70 past the 200 mile marker (Wright City, MO/Warren County).
Driver in the blue vehicle decides to merge and then brake check me. Later when he passes me near Wentzville, MO he swerves at me while I am in the right lane and they are in the left lane. Not sure what I did to upset them.
