I am not a fan of the Alexa 35 sensor, so far. Arri have taken a few technical steps forward with the Alev 4, particularly in terms of resolution, dynamic range and colour. However, I feel the overall image it delivers has taken a few steps backwards in terms of artistic, and general ‘film-like’, soft aesthetic qualities compared to the previous sensor. I am hoping they can improve upon this with the next sensor.

Hello Patrick, disclaimer: this comment is totally unrelated to this video. I didn't know how else to contact you as I'm not verified on Twitter and there's no messages on KZbin. Don't mean to levy accusations publicly. It pertains to your Batman cinematography video, but I didn't want it to get lost in the shuffle of the million view vid. I recently watched a video by Tomorrows Filmmakers titled "Why Modern Movies Look So CLEAN and How To Fix Them". I feel they plagiarized the content of your Batman video. However, I'm not familiar with you or them enough to know if you were involved. I didn't notice a reference to your work if there was one. Maybe you don't feel it's similar enough to be a problem, but it rubbed me the wrong way. Thought you should know if you haven't seen it.
