This is really super and entirely inspiring Albert. The playfulness coupled with experimentation are the best part and I can’t wait until I had my breakfast to head down to my studio to try the creative ideas that you invariably represented in this clip. Uh, Bill Moore! What a delight to discover his work . Thanks to both the subscriber who suggested his work and to you for showing some of it. Thanks again!

Thank you for this video! I had painted a canvas with a brayer (squares and rectangles) using some of my favorite colors and when I look at it I feel something is missing. After this video I believe it needs circles. Thank you for sharing! I love your videos!
@ImperfectPaintings2 жыл бұрын
Thanks Lisa, I'm so glad to hear you look at your own paintings for what can be missing. So much to learn in that way. Enjoy playing with the idea of adding a circle. Albert

I enjoy and appreciate seeing their artwork, and believe your art classes must be such a fun and lovely experience for everyone there. Very glad we viewers get to participate by watching your Imperfect Paintings videos!! Peace and Happy Easter to all.

Thanks My3Babies, I will pass on your words tomorrow to the participants. Not all are fully aware their artwork is seen by many around the world. I will tell it when they are finished, otherwise it could cause extra pressure. Happy Easter to you too. Albert

I am a Canadian man in my seventies. Art and Architecture have been my life since I was a toddler. My dear Father was a respected Architect. I subscribed to your Channel after watching my first of your videos. Why? Your content is wonderful, but more importantly to me is You, Albert. You are a true Gentleman with typical Dutch humour and directness. I spent time in Rotterdam and married a Dutch girl. You exemplify what I came to respect about the unique Dutch heart. Thank you for your honesty, transparency, and sincerity. ( and great content ) ...Barry

Your videos are always inspirational. I wasn't familiar with Bill Moore, but ran into another artist I'd not heard of and that was, Suzanne McClelland. She reminds me of Moore in that she breaks her art up into more simple forms, but is pretty creative with using just those elements. Happy Easter.

Could you please tell me what kind of paints you use? Acrylic, oils, gauche? Thank you
@ImperfectPaintings2 жыл бұрын
Hi lordoftheflings, I almost always use acrylics (Winsor & Newton Gsleria acrylics). When I mix it with acrylics medium or other things, or use totally different products I say so in the video. Hope this helps, Albert
