Great game n cool armies. Good to see more Horus Heresy content and a fun albeit brutal game at times! Just as a side note, Deredeo can't split fire in 2.0

Thanks for the different armies it was a fun bat rep! I think at 1.27 you forgot that levy have move through cover, if it was a 6inch charge he wasn't affected by the terrain and it should have been a successful charge!

ooops ye forgot that one! I wasnt too fussed at the time as I though my levi would get smashed by the termies tbh but it may have helped there!

If "Iron Cage" isnt whispered at least once im going to feel sad 😂. Also have an intense dislike of Pollux. His cost for what you get is too good

haha well have to agree to disagree on the win! was super close tbh, I think with a multi charge on the DS turn it may have been all different! Im not this year sadly: getting married has hoovered up all my cash but plan is Acon 2025 atm!

Fists are a weird legion. They are absolutely among the best in the game, but I think that the majority of people overrate them. IF have lots of nice things, but they have virtually no synergy. It's a shooty legion trait, melee advanced reaction, melee rights of war, and a mostly shooty arsenal, which means that nothing adds together well, but something from the legion is always doing work. Also, a lot of the strongest things in the legion look way stronger than they actually are. Storm shields are great, but still crumble to brutal weapons. Stone gauntlet is great until your opponent brings volkites or is just very shooty. People get distracted by things like rerollable 4++ invulns, but their brains turn of before they realize that they are only slightly more resilient to bolters, volkites, or chainswords than tactical marines are. Basically, they just have a lot of very obviously good things that people love to hate while sleeping on other legions that have dramatically greater synergy or much better (if less obviously so) special rules and units. The one exception to that is assault cannons. Assault cannons are the bane of the galaxy, but nobody seems to bring them up. They all whine about stone gauntlet or Sigismund for some reason, but forget that IF have access to a weapon that is better than culverins against infantry, as good as meltas against vehicles, is assault, and hits on 2s. You basically have a one-stop-shop heavy weapon that shoots like a special weapon and costs as much as a lascannon.

ATM ToW has done much better than normal vids: wether this is because it’s new I don’t know (as heresy Ed 2 was released when I had just over 1000subs rather than 5-6k)
