Sanguinius didnt just instantly swear fealty to the emperor, rather he set a condition that bhaal would be allowed to govern itself, whit only imperial supplies brought in and the radiated mutants that made up bhaals population be allowed to exist. How does eavryone always skip that, in favor of him just kneeling and submiting to master, who wanted to give galaxy to pure humans and purge the too far gone variants like bhaal?
