any statistic that tries to predict that world gdp in 80 years is gonna be right, all it depends on is the bias of whoever is making it lmao Think about 1950, litearlly no one could've predicted that in 2020 the soviet union would collapse, russia would be economically ruined and China would be near the US in terms of GDP. the best predictions back then were more optimistic about places like brazil, pakistan and mexico
