Implementing Excellence in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: a Handbook for Academic Libraries

Co-editors Corliss Lee (UC Berkeley) and Brian Lym (Sonoma County Library), in conversation about their recently published handbook, "Implementing excellence in diversity, equity, and inclusion : a handbook for academic libraries." They share lessons learned as first time editors, and discuss the unique challenges of working during a global pandemic and a time of racial reckoning, and highlight some of the findings and recommendations of the handbook.
