We need to configure email details in notifications rule and it will take work pool name as email account details for sending an email.

You can hardcode any operator id and try before giving dynamic value.

With what name you have created the email account? Passing all parameters correctly?

For sending email, gmail is not supported for email account creation. instead I tried with office 365 account and sending email. in gmail, allow less app secure option is disabled now...so thats the reason your email account is not getting success. Other than that you were saying its the issue with cloud pega systems instance issue...is it really that or its related to email account getting success with gmail? is your email account connection success?

Helo Rajesh, Google has changed the way and we can’t use our gmail password. Later I learned that we need to create app password and it worked. I have created a video as well on that. You check in misc list. Thanks !!
